SHIPPING
We ship nationwide and internationally. Orders received by 3 PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed that day. Orders received after 3 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

All packages are shipped USPS:
Ground (5-7 business days)
3 Day Select (3-4 business days)
2nd Day Air (2 business days)
Next Day Air (1 business day)
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include the USPS tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return your merchandise for a full refund of product value if you are unhappy for any reason. Our return policy is simple. Within 10 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund of product value. Please keep the original packaging and return with the item. SPECIALS, PROMOTIONS OR ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE PURCHASED USING AN INCENTIVE OR COUPON CODE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Shipping Charges are not refundable. WE DO NOT ACCEPT USED OR OPENED ITEMS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
When sending in a return to Gloss Naturals, please follow the instructions below:
- Include the packing slip with your return (if you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper)
- Wrap the package securely
- Attach your return address
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
- Please note that any order returned that had a free shipping code applied will be credited less our freight-processing charge of $7.99 If an order was exchanged then returned, the shipping is covered by us in the exchange process, the return will be credited less our freight-processing charges from the exchange.
